Governance of the HWPCP alliance partnership is the responsibility of the HWPCP Executive Management Group (EMG) which is formed by senior representation from members agencies.  In seeking to strategically integrate and support the respective interests of all members – the HWPCP EMG is strongly committed to meeting its strategic obligations which are outlined in the following summary[1].

The Hume Whittlesea PCP governance is currently formed by senior representation from the following organisations:

  • Bolton Clarke
  • Department of Health and Human Services – Northern Division
  • City of Whittlesea
  • DPV Health
  • Hume City Council
  • Merri Health
  • Northern Health
  • Sunbury Community Health

The HWPCP EMG undertakes the important tasks of governance consensually, recognising he sovereignty of all the HWPCP members. The HWPCP EMG looks to achieving sustainable and meaningful alignment of the needs and interests of all member services and the local constituents they serve. The HWPCP EMG is committed to endorsing and reviewing the HWPCP’s Strategic Plan and provide leadership and advocacy to meet emerging catchment wide challenges such as population growth, shifting demographics, infrastructure, innovative business model design.
