Client Incident Management System
Gemba360 together with HWPCP have been running a series of webinars on legal compliance of the Client Incident Management System (CIMS). CIMS will go live for in-scope services on 15th January 2018. These webinars are held on a Tuesday afternoon and generally will commence at 2.00pm for one hour. The webinars are recorded and placed on HWPCP Gemba360 Portal. Within this portal there is opportunity for discussion, sharing of information and documents. The webinars will continue weekly for the next 10 weeks.
