Family violence: In the year since Victoria’s royal commission, how much has changed?

A year after Victoria's world-first family violence royal commission recommended radical changes to the system, changes are beginning to happen, but reform is slow and costly.  Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews said he did not expect reform to happen quickly.

"We always understood that implementing the 227 recommendations, bringing about the cultural change and building a much better system would always take time," he said.    Read more in ABC News Online
